My Mission
To empower people who are living with Arthritis and other chronic conditions. How to shift the mindset when it comes to living your life. I was diagnosed with JRA, now known as JIA, at seven years old, I was never vulnerable to sharing my story, but once I realized that sharing my story might help others that are living similar experiences as me, I felt an obligation to start, to lead by example.
I’m here to awareness and to create a community for people who want to continue their fitness journey and live their life knowing that they have given every day all they have, to find peace in the process knowing that. To know that everyone has hardships and it is possible to overcome the deepest fears.
I want to help as many people as I can, making a difference. Leaving people better than when we met, holding a standard of living. That no matter what you’ve been through, you can find peace in the journey and peace in the work you put in day in and day out, as you find your purpose and live that wholeheartedly knowing that you’re doing everything that you can do, regardless of where you are.

My Story
As young as I can remember sports have always been a part of my life and I finished out my career playing volleyball as a student-athlete in college. I come from an athletic family and have four older brothers that all participated in sports as well. Yet, my life has had its ups in downs. During my childhood, being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at seven years old, it’s a part of me and it’s shaped me into who I am today, continually building my character, discipline, fortitude, and grit throughout the experiences I’ve been through leading up to this point. While I’m currently pursuing a healthy lifestyle and figuring out all the ways I can possibly combat JA, I will be sharing them, in hopes to be that light that I looked for when I was younger. If you show up, just know I’ll be right by your side.
I’m here today because I want to help others raise their standard of living, to make an impact. To help show the way that no matter what you’re going through there is a life worth living out there for you. This is the story of my life and how arthritis isn’t something that stopped me or defines me but something that is a part of me. I want to share this with others in hopes they can overcome the challenges they are going through as well.
My why that I live by daily: Do it for those that can’t, lead the way for those who can, and turn the cards your dealt into your mission in life.
